A tradition here and at other folk festivals, the Ballad Tree and Songwriting Circle offers songwriters an informal setting in which to share their songs and songwriting ideas — come ask your questions, get some tips and sing your own original songs.

This year, we hope to expand the Ballad Tree by adding times for jam sessions with specific themes (Celtic, Old-Timey, Open Jam, ... ?) in addition to the traditional Songwriters’ Circle.

No sign-ups (except for the hosts), so just come on over with your instruments.
